Tko obrađuje vaše podatke

Koje podatke obrađujemo
Kad pošaljete upit preko forme na ovoj stranici: ime i prezime, e-mail, telefon (ako ga upišete), državu, željene datume, broj odraslih, djece i kućnih ljubimaca, vašu poruku i jezik na kojem ste nam pisali.
Kad potvrdite rezervaciju: uz gornje podatke i podatke potrebne za prijavu gostiju u sustav eVisitor, koju propisuje Zakon o ugostiteljskoj djelatnosti i Zakon o turističkoj pristojbi (ime i prezime, datum rođenja, državljanstvo, vrsta i broj isprave, adresa prebivališta). Te podatke tražimo tek nakon potvrde, nikad u samom upitu.
Tehnički podaci: poslužitelj na kojem je stranica (Hostinger) bilježi IP adresu, vrijeme i zatraženu stranicu u standardnim zapisima pristupa. Statistiku posjeta (Google Analytics) uključujemo samo ako ste na to pristali u obavijesti o kolačićima.
Zašto i na kojoj osnovi
- Odgovor na upit i priprema ponude: radnje koje prethode sklapanju ugovora o smještaju (čl. 6. st. 1. t. b GDPR-a).
- Prijava gostiju, evidencija prometa i izdavanje računa: naše zakonske obveze (čl. 6. st. 1. t. c GDPR-a).
- Anonimna statistika posjeta: vaša privola (čl. 6. st. 1. t. a GDPR-a), koju možete povući u svakom trenutku.
Tko još vidi podatke
Podatke ne prodajemo i ne dajemo trećima u marketinške svrhe. Koristimo ove pružatelje usluga koji ih obrađuju u naše ime:
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Sheets (naša evidencija upita i rezervacija), Gmail (e-mail komunikacija), Google Apps Script (zaprimanje upita s forme), Google Analytics (statistika, samo uz privolu) i Google Maps (karta na stranici).
- Hostinger International Ltd.: hosting web stranice.
- Airbnb: samo ako ste rezervirali preko Airbnba, po njihovim uvjetima.
- Sustav eVisitor (Hrvatska turistička zajednica) i nadležna tijela: zakonska prijava gostiju.
Googleove usluge mogu podatke obrađivati i izvan Europskog gospodarskog prostora; za takav prijenos Google primjenjuje standardne ugovorne klauzule Europske komisije.
Koliko dugo čuvamo podatke
- Upit koji nije završio rezervacijom: 12 mjeseci od upita, zatim ga brišemo.
- Podaci o rezervaciji i računi: onoliko dugo koliko to traže porezni i računovodstveni propisi.
- Podaci za prijavu gostiju: u rokovima koje propisuje sustav eVisitor.
- Odluka o kolačićima: 12 mjeseci u vašem pregledniku.
Vaša prava
Možete zatražiti pristup svojim podacima, njihov ispravak ili brisanje, ograničenje obrade, prijenos podataka te uložiti prigovor na obradu. Privolu za statistiku možete povući klikom na „Postavke kolačića“ u podnožju stranice. Za ostvarivanje prava pišite na villa.otello@gmail.com; odgovaramo u roku od 30 dana. Ako smatrate da vaše podatke obrađujemo nezakonito, možete se obratiti Agenciji za zaštitu osobnih podataka (azop.hr).
Kolačići i lokalna pohrana
Prije vaše odluke stranica ne postavlja nijedan kolačić za praćenje. Koristimo samo ovo:

Which data we process
When you send an enquiry through the form on this site: your name, email, phone (if you enter it), country, requested dates, number of adults, children and pets, your message and the language you wrote in.
When you confirm a booking: in addition, the data required by Croatian law for registering guests in the eVisitor system (full name, date of birth, nationality, type and number of ID document, home address). We ask for these only after confirmation, never in the enquiry itself.
Technical data: the server hosting this site (Hostinger) records the IP address, time and requested page in standard access logs. Visit statistics (Google Analytics) are enabled only if you accept them in the cookie notice.
Why and on which legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer: steps prior to entering into an accommodation contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Guest registration, turnover records and invoices: our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Anonymous visit statistics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who else sees the data
We do not sell your data or pass it on for marketing. We use these service providers who process it on our behalf:
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Sheets (our enquiry and booking records), Gmail (email), Google Apps Script (receiving form enquiries), Google Analytics (statistics, only with consent) and Google Maps (the map on the site).
- Hostinger International Ltd.: website hosting.
- Airbnb: only if you booked through Airbnb, under their terms.
- The eVisitor system (Croatian National Tourist Board) and the authorities: legally required guest registration.
Google services may process data outside the European Economic Area; for such transfers Google relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep the data
- An enquiry that did not become a booking: 12 months after the enquiry, then deleted.
- Booking data and invoices: as long as tax and accounting regulations require.
- Guest registration data: for the periods prescribed by the eVisitor system.
- Your cookie decision: 12 months in your browser.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. You can withdraw your consent to statistics by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer. To exercise your rights write to villa.otello@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).

Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
Wenn Sie eine Anfrage über das Formular auf dieser Seite senden: Name, E-Mail, Telefon (falls angegeben), Land, gewünschte Daten, Anzahl der Erwachsenen, Kinder und Haustiere, Ihre Nachricht und die Sprache, in der Sie uns geschrieben haben.
Wenn Sie eine Buchung bestätigen: zusätzlich die Daten, die das kroatische Recht für die Gästeanmeldung im System eVisitor vorschreibt (Name, Geburtsdatum, Staatsangehörigkeit, Art und Nummer des Ausweises, Wohnadresse). Diese fragen wir erst nach der Bestätigung ab, nie in der Anfrage selbst.
Technische Daten: Der Server, auf dem die Seite liegt (Hostinger), speichert IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt und aufgerufene Seite in üblichen Zugriffsprotokollen. Besuchsstatistiken (Google Analytics) aktivieren wir nur, wenn Sie im Cookie-Hinweis zustimmen.
Warum und auf welcher Grundlage
- Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage und Erstellung eines Angebots: vorvertragliche Maßnahmen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
- Gästeanmeldung, Umsatzaufzeichnungen und Rechnungen: unsere gesetzlichen Pflichten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO).
- Anonyme Besuchsstatistik: Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), die Sie jederzeit widerrufen können.
Wer die Daten sonst noch sieht
Wir verkaufen Ihre Daten nicht und geben sie nicht zu Werbezwecken weiter. Wir nutzen folgende Dienstleister, die sie in unserem Auftrag verarbeiten:
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Sheets (unsere Anfrage- und Buchungsübersicht), Gmail (E-Mail), Google Apps Script (Empfang der Formularanfragen), Google Analytics (Statistik, nur mit Einwilligung) und Google Maps (Karte auf der Seite).
- Hostinger International Ltd.: Hosting der Website.
- Airbnb: nur wenn Sie über Airbnb gebucht haben, nach deren Bedingungen.
- System eVisitor (Kroatische Zentrale für Tourismus) und Behörden: gesetzliche Gästeanmeldung.
Google-Dienste können Daten auch außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeiten; dafür stützt sich Google auf die Standardvertragsklauseln der Europäischen Kommission.
Wie lange wir die Daten aufbewahren
- Anfrage ohne Buchung: 12 Monate nach der Anfrage, danach Löschung.
- Buchungsdaten und Rechnungen: so lange, wie Steuer- und Buchführungsvorschriften es verlangen.
- Daten der Gästeanmeldung: in den vom System eVisitor vorgesehenen Fristen.
- Ihre Cookie-Entscheidung: 12 Monate in Ihrem Browser.
Ihre Rechte
Sie können Auskunft über Ihre Daten, deren Berichtigung oder Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung und Datenübertragbarkeit verlangen sowie der Verarbeitung widersprechen. Die Einwilligung zur Statistik widerrufen Sie über „Cookie-Einstellungen“ in der Fußzeile. Schreiben Sie dazu an villa.otello@gmail.com; wir antworten innerhalb von 30 Tagen. Wenn Sie meinen, dass wir Ihre Daten rechtswidrig verarbeiten, können Sie sich an die kroatische Datenschutzbehörde AZOP (azop.hr) wenden.
