Uvjeti rezervacije

Upit i ponuda. Upit s ove stranice nije rezervacija. Na upit odgovaramo ponudom s točnom cijenom, obično isti dan.
Predujam. Rezervacija je potvrđena uplatom predujma od 30 % iznosa iz ponude u roku od 2 dana od primitka ponude. Po primitku predujma šaljemo pisanu potvrdu rezervacije.
Ostatak i polog. Ostatak iznosa plaća se pri dolasku. Pri dolasku se polaže polog za eventualnu štetu od 300 €, koji vraćamo nakon boravka.
Boravak. U sezoni najmanje 7 noći, izmjena gostiju u pravilu subotom; drugi dani po dogovoru. Dolazak od 15:00, odlazak do 09:00. Kuća prima najviše 8 osoba.
Uključeno u cijenu: struja, posteljina, ručnici, završno čišćenje i turistička pristojba.
Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli uz prethodnu najavu, 5 € po noći.

Otkazivanje

Otkazivanje do 60 dana prije dolaska: vraćamo cijeli primljeni iznos.
Otkazivanje 59 do 15 dana prije dolaska: vraćamo 90 % primljenog iznosa.
Otkazivanje 14 do 0 dana prije dolaska: zadržavamo primljeni iznos.

Prigovori

Pisani prigovor možete poslati poštom na adresu iznajmljivača ili e-mailom na villa.otello@gmail.com. Na prigovor odgovaramo pisanim putem u roku od 15 dana od primitka.

Za sporove iz ugovora sklopljenih online postoji i platforma Europske unije za online rješavanje sporova: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Booking terms

Enquiry and offer. An enquiry from this site is not a booking. We reply to every enquiry with an offer stating the exact price, usually the same day.
Deposit. The booking is confirmed when a deposit of 30% of the offer amount is paid within 2 days of receiving the offer. Once the deposit arrives we send a written booking confirmation.
Balance and security deposit. The balance is paid on arrival. On arrival a security deposit of €300 is left for possible damage and is returned after the stay.
Stay. Minimum 7 nights in season, changeover usually on Saturday; other days by arrangement. Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 09:00. The house accommodates up to 8 persons.
Included in the price: electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning and tourist tax.
Pets are welcome if announced in advance, €5 per night.

Cancellation

Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: the full amount received is refunded.
Cancellation 59 to 15 days before arrival: 90% of the amount received is refunded.
Cancellation 14 to 0 days before arrival: the amount received is retained.

Complaints

A written complaint can be sent by post to the host's address or by email to villa.otello@gmail.com. We reply in writing within 15 days of receipt.

For disputes arising from contracts concluded online there is also the European Union's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Buchungsbedingungen

Anfrage und Angebot. Eine Anfrage über diese Seite ist noch keine Buchung. Auf jede Anfrage antworten wir mit einem Angebot mit dem genauen Preis, in der Regel am selben Tag.
Anzahlung. Die Buchung ist bestätigt, wenn innerhalb von 2 Tagen nach Erhalt des Angebots eine Anzahlung von 30 % des Angebotsbetrags eingeht. Nach Eingang der Anzahlung senden wir eine schriftliche Buchungsbestätigung.
Restbetrag und Kaution. Der Restbetrag wird bei Anreise bezahlt. Bei Anreise wird eine Kaution von 300 € für eventuelle Schäden hinterlegt und nach dem Aufenthalt zurückgegeben.
Aufenthalt. In der Saison mindestens 7 Nächte, Wechsel in der Regel samstags; andere Tage nach Absprache. Anreise ab 15:00 Uhr, Abreise bis 09:00 Uhr. Das Haus bietet Platz für höchstens 8 Personen.
Im Preis enthalten: Strom, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Endreinigung und Kurtaxe.
Haustiere sind nach vorheriger Ankündigung willkommen, 5 € pro Nacht.

Stornierung

Stornierung bis 60 Tage vor Anreise: Der erhaltene Betrag wird vollständig erstattet.
Stornierung 59 bis 15 Tage vor Anreise: 90 % des erhaltenen Betrags werden erstattet.
Stornierung 14 bis 0 Tage vor Anreise: Der erhaltene Betrag wird einbehalten.

Beschwerden

Eine schriftliche Beschwerde können Sie per Post an die Adresse des Vermieters oder per E-Mail an villa.otello@gmail.com senden. Wir antworten schriftlich innerhalb von 15 Tagen nach Erhalt.

Für Streitigkeiten aus online geschlossenen Verträgen gibt es außerdem die Plattform der Europäischen Union zur Online-Streitbeilegung: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
